If your item arrives damaged or you believe it may be defective, please do not return it on your own.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for all unused products and electronics that are still in their original, unopened packaging, within 30 days of your order date.
Please note:

We cannot accept returns for any used items, even if used only once.

Items that have been opened or show signs of use will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
How to Submit a Return

Log in to your Bingetoke account.
Don’t have one yet? You can easily create a free account before starting your return. -
Visit our Returns Portal and verify your email address.

Select the order you’d like to return.
Only orders placed within the past 30 days are eligible. -
Choose the item(s) you wish to return.
If you purchased multiple quantities, please adjust the return quantity accordingly. -
Review your return details carefully and submit your request.
Once submitted, you’ll immediately receive:-
A shipping label to return your item

A gift card for the refund amount (minus return shipping fee)

Download and print your shipping label, pack your item securely in its original packaging, attach the label to the box, and mail it via your nearest post office.
Refund Options
You’ll receive a Bingetoke gift card for the refund amount as soon as your return is processed.

Prefer a refund to your credit card?
Once your return is received and inspected, you may request a credit card refund. Please note, refunds can only be issued to the original card used for purchase.
Important Notice
If returned merchandise is found to be used, it will be disposed of immediately and no refund or exchange will be provided.
Repeated violations may result in future orders being blocked from that customer account.
